Lakshmi Annavajhala
Lakshmi is a certified Yoga instructor, receiving her training at the Kripalu Center, Lenox, MA, in 2006. The 200-hr Kripalu teacher training program includes;iInstruction in Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, and Meditation,teaching methodology with focus on body awareness, anatomy and physiology, Yogic Philosophy and Ethics, and Practicum. She was introduced to Kripalu yoga over 6 years ago and have been practicing this style of yoga, daily. Body awareness is a key element in yoga. She teach this style of yoga because it is accessible to everyone. Poses vary from student to student based on physical limitations.
On Aug 4th 2006, she received her certification in YogaEd, that focuses on yoga for kids K-12.

Coombes
Sue has taught at the Regency Club since
1985. She enjoys teaching dynamic group
exercise formats like indoor cycling,
aerobics, and resistance work.

Carol Flanagan
Carol has been teaching fitness since 1987
and with the Regency since 1999. She is
involved in numerous sports activities
including volleyball, water and snow skiing,
golf and biking. Her classes are fun and
upbeat and sure to give you a good workout!
She is happily married with two teenage
children and athletics is a big part of
their family life.

Jenni Gerstle
Certifications: Kripalu Yoga, Cycle Reebok, Body Pump, FRA Weight Room, Expert Rating Personal Trainer and Pilates. Zumba, Zumba Gold.
Background: Jenni started in the fitness industry in 1982. She owned her own studio, Body In Motion in Acton from 1986 to 1996. She then managed and taught at Focus on Fitness in Ashland for 4 years. She also managed and taught at the The Concord Fitness club in Concord Ma., where she introduced the Body Pump program before finally coming to teach at the Westford Regency Health club where she has been for the last 9 years She brings years of experience in the industry in many areas, and was a leader in bringing Low Impact Aerobics and Step Aerobics to the local area. Jenni’s latest passxion is Zumba and she just introduced the very popular Zumba Gold program to the Regency schedule. Jenni is married with 3 grown children and spends her winters in Key West where she teaches Zumba and Yoga on the beach.
Sue Lerch
Sue Lerch has been teaching swimming to people of all ages –from infants to seniors –since earning her WSI in 1972. She’s been teaching water exercise since 1985. She has been a YMCA instructor/trainer in the past for lifeguarding, swim lessons, and fitness.
Currently, Sue teaches infant and preschool swim lessons, Ai Chi to a general population class, and several shallow water exercise classes. She also teaches Arthritis Foundation Water exercise classes . Sue is also a supervisor for the waterfront at a day camp, where she helps to train the aquatic staff and supervise swimming lessons for 3-12 year olds.
Sue is currently certified by the Aquatic Exercise Association, the Arthritis Foundation, and AiChi International. She is also an American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard.
Jody Mills
Jody has been teaching Water Aerobics for 22 years, still love it
and has two teenage boys that keep her busy. She is AEA certified.
Sheila Mills
Sheila brings an artistic flair to her step
and aerobics classes at the Regency Club.
She has been teaching at the Regency since
1994 and is also a professional figure
skating coach.

Sally Nelson
Sally has been teaching fitness since 1988.
In addition to her step and indoor cycling
classes at the Regency, Sally is also a

Christine St. Martin
Christine has been in the fitness field for over 13 years. She loves teaching a variety of classes including step, step circuit and muscle conditioning. She also teaches her own outdoor summer "bootcamp" classes which challenges participants at every fitness level. Running is her passion and she has successfully completed six marathons and many 1/2 marathons. She is currently in her last year of school training to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. Christine is married, has 3 children, and lives in Westford.

Tara Scanlon
Tara Scanlon's passion is helping those new to fitness, as well as seasoned exercisers, become more fit by finding safe, effective, and fun ways to meet their fitness goals. She loves encouraging people to surpass their own expectations, and her students say she excels at motivation. She is an AFAA-certified Group Fitness Instructor, ACE-certified Personal Trainer, Mad Dogg Athletics-certified Spinning Instructor, and AEA-certified Water Aerobics Instructor. In addition, she's a certified Resist-a-Ball, TRX Suspension, Silver Sneakers, and Body Training Systems Group Power and Group Centergy instructor. She loves learning, and is constantly reading and taking continuing ed classes to learn new ways to challenge her students and clients.
Margaret Schofield
Margaret specializes in water aerobics,
indoor cycling, and Pilates classes. A
former math teacher, she has been with the
Regency Club since 1986.

Meg Vallone
Meg has been teaching indoor cycling here at The Regency since 2002. She is a certified Johnny G Spinning instructor. In addition, Meg is a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts with 25 years of clinical experience in treating a variety of Orthopedic, Sports-related and Spinal injuries. Meg has lived in Westford with her husband and 2 daughters for 13 years.
Lynn Vesey
Lynn Vesey has been practicing yoga for the past ten years. She is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher and has been teaching her own style of gentle Hatha yoga for the past four years at the gym. Lynn has taught aerobics, dance and creative movement to adults and children in various locations as she raised her family. She has a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and currently works as a Speech and Language assistant in a local elementary school. Lynn also teaches yoga to mothers in a near by hospital part-time.
Carol Wing
Passionate about exercise, serious about fun. Carol Wing has been teaching fitness for over 10 years. She enjoys helping people attain their fitness goals, whether it's through personal training, Zumba, Pilates, Step, or Toning classes. Beyond the gym, she is an outdoor enthusiast, world traveler, published author, competitive singer, and public speaker. She lives in Westford with her husband and daughter. Certifications include: ACSM personal trainer, AFAA Group Ex, AFAA Step, Zumba, Physical Mind Pilates (both Mat and Standing).
Terri Zaborowski
Terri has taught at the Regency club since 2000. In addition to her muscle conditioning and cycling classes she is also a Personal Trainer. She shares her love for fitness by designing creative and motivating fitness programs to meet her client’s individual goals. Terri also keeps the “young at heart” fit with her senior fitness classes offered at many local area Senior Centers.
