Sue has taught at the Regency Club since
1985. She enjoys teaching dynamic group
exercise formats like indoor cycling,
aerobics, and resistance work.

Carol Flanagan
Carol has been teaching fitness since 1987
and with the Regency since 1999. She is
involved in numerous sports activities
including volleyball, water and snow skiing,
golf and biking. Her classes are fun and
upbeat and sure to give you a good workout!
She is happily married with two teenage
children and athletics is a big part of
their family life.

Sheila Mills
Sheila brings an artistic flair to her step
and aerobics classes at the Regency Club.
She has been teaching at the Regency since
1994 and is also a professional figure
skating coach.

Sally Nelson
Sally has been teaching fitness since 1988.
In addition to her step and indoor cycling
classes at the Regency, Sally is also a
professional skiing coach.

Christine St. Martin
Christine is a competitive distance runner
and has been teaching at the Regency Club
since 1996. Her favorite class is Step II
and she’s known for her creative step
choreography.

Margaret Schofield
Margaret specializes in water aerobics,
indoor cycling, and Pilates classes. A
former math teacher, she has been with the
Regency Club since 1986.

Instructor. Terri Zaborowski
Terri has been a group fitness instructor
since 1999. She is a Personal Trainer and
teaches Muscle Conditioning and Step here at
the Regency. Her method of instruction is
motivational and informative allowing her
students to understand their own abilities
and work toward improving overall strength,
flexibility and endurance. She also teaches
12 classes per week at local senior centers
keeping the young at heart fit and healthy.
