Important Wedding Planning Dates
4 to 6 months prior:	Sample the foods available for your wedding at a Taste Dinner
3 to 4 months prior:	Have a Details Appointment with your wedding consultant to determine the menu, linen colors, event flow, and other critical details
2 months prior:	Send the hotel 50% of the estimated fee
3 weeks prior:	Any unreserved overnight rooms must be released
1 week prior:	Conduct a Finals Appointment to complete all last minute details and provide us with your final payment
