Stony Brook Café

The Stony Brook Café is located just off our lobby and offers our guests, area residents and anyone passing through a variety of warm and hearty breakfast dishes to start off the day. Settle in for breakfast with a warm cup of gourmet coffee and a made to-order breakfast omelet or enjoy one of our delicious homemade Belgium waffles with fresh whipped cream and strawberries. The café is open from Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. and Sunday 7:00am until 9:30am. The same charming atmosphere and superior service is available with our abundant Sunday Brunch as well!

Clark’s Pub

Located right off the main lobby is our Clark’s Pub and Restaurant which serves great American fare with a laid back atmosphere. Here you can order anything from burgers and tasty sandwiches, to fresh salads, fish and chips or the best crab cakes you will ever taste! Relax and enjoy a beverage while watching your favorite sporting event on one of our three LCD televisions. Clark’s Pub is open Sunday from 4:00-10:00 pm, Monday - Friday 4:00 pm - 12:00 am and Saturday 12:30 pm - 12:00 am. Come and share a beverage and a quick appetizer with friends, while savoring the friendly casual atmosphere.

The Carlisle Room

An exceptional dining experience, the Carlisle Room offers elegant and intimate dining. Fine foods are prepared to the Regency’s exacting standards, with superior service. From the freshest seafood, delectable choice steaks to our executive chef-created specialties, the Carlisle Room is a place to relax and share conversation. Open Monday-Saturday and available for private functions through sales.

Sunday Brunch

Our very popular Sunday Brunch has been a favorite with families for over 25 years. Don’t miss this treat which features our cooked-to-order omelets and Belgian waffles, a lavish display of cheeses, smoked salmon and gulf shrimp, fresh tropical fruits, pastries, seafood and chicken entrees. Our carving stations of roast beef, fresh ham or turkey will make your mouth water. We also feature a delicious selection of side dishes including fresh salads and locally grown vegetables. You will certainly enjoy the wide variety of tasty items until your appetite has been comfortably satisfied and then some! Brunch is hosted every Sunday from 10:00am-2:00pm in our exquisite main foyer and Stony Brook Café. Private Rooms are available for larger parties and reservations are recommended.
